Lift-maintenance services

Tender description

The Open University requires a supplier to provide a comprehensive maintenance service for 59 lifts, including passenger, platform, wheelchair and goods lifts, at the Walton Hall campus, Milton Keynes and premises at Cambridge, Edinburgh, London, Manchester, Nottingham and Welling borough. The lift maintenance service is to include planned maintenance, reactive response, repairs, parts, technical support, emergency response for passenger release, supplementary testing as defined by The Safety Assessment Federation and works required following examinations to comply with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations.
