Integrated Urgent Care for Hampshire, Surrey Heath and NHS England (Wessex) Dental - (including invitation to Market Engagement Event 22nd March 2018)

Tender description

Provision of NHS Integrated Urgent Care services to all patients visiting, registered and resident in the following CCG geographies: South Eastern Hampshire CCG, Fareham and Gosport CCG, North Hampshire CCG, North East Hampshire and Farnham CCG, Portsmouth CCG, Southampton City CCG, Surrey Heath CCG, West Hampshire CCG. In addition, NHS England - South (Wessex) have a requirement for a Dental Advice Service. The Commissioning Intention is to Direct Award new interim model co-design contracts with incumbent provider(s) for this provision until 31st May 2021 and commence a full procurement in Quarter 3 of 2019 for the longer term provision of services. Attached are two documents: 1. A paper outlining the Commissioning Intentions 2. An invitation to attend a Market Engagement Event planned for Thursday 22nd March 2018 for potential providers receive feedback regarding the Commissioning Intentions and to raise any queries The service will be based on the NHS England national specification for 111 call handling, Clinical Advice Service and triage, plus integration with locally specified provisions for post triage referral. This will include clinical triage of patients, advice and booking urgent appointments. This does not include the Isle of Wight requirements.
