eITT- Supply, Commission, Test and Support a Resilient Wide Area Network (WAN) and Upgrade of the existing Firewall Infrastructure

Fareham Borough Council (FBC) is in the process of implementing their cloud migration strategy, and relocating its ICT Infrastructure to a new datacentre location. The project seeks to address and/or improve many issues including ease of access to our systems for Council employees, collaborative working with other partners and Councils, high availability of systems, improvement of disaster recovery and reduce operational risk for our services. To successfully deliver the above there is a requirement to redesign and upgrade the existing WAN and firewall infrastructure and internet connectivity to and from our Civic Centre and Depot site and provide connectivity to an ExpressRoute link to the Microsoft Cloud infrastructure.
