Tender description

This is a contract for the provision of a national standards cycle training scheme (Bikeability) for Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council Primary School Pupils, as well as Level 3 for adults. Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council are seeking to contract a company or organisation with the necessary accreditation, skills and expertise to set up, organise, deliver, monitor and evaluate cycle training to national standards cycle training levels 1, 2 and 3. Cycle Training Scheme for Flintshire & Wrexham Primary School Pupils. Description: This is a contract for the provision of a national standards cycle training scheme (Bikeability) for Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council Primary School Pupils, as well as Level 3 for adults. Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council are seeking to contract a company or organisation with the necessary accreditation, skills and expertise to set up, organise, deliver, monitor and evaluate cycle training to national standards cycle training levels 1, 2 and 3. Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council are located adjacently in the North East corner of Wales, serving as a gateway to North Wales, and performing a central role in the operation of the sub region. Please note, this project is for 1 year (April 2018 — March 2019) with a possible 1 year extension dependent upon funding.
