Tender description

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board wish to inform the market that they intend to award a contract for service, maintenance and remedial repairs including associated consumables to Air Tube Group for 5 years. The service and maintenance contract will ensure that the pneumatic air tubes are operational to avoid disruption to clinical services. Cardiff and Vale University Health Board require a service, maintenance and remedial repairs (including associated consumables) contract for their existing pneumatic air tube system. The service and maintenance contract will require a minimum 3 days call out lead time, including options for next day call out where the system is non-functional. The air tube system will require upgrade works over the life of the contract to ensure compatibility with the existing hardware and software.
