Tender description

The Contract is intended to provide information for the Employer in respect of the soil and rock ground conditions and groundwater levels from Sallybrook to Glanmire Village to inform the detailed design of the proposed scheme in these areas. The Contract provides for the drilling of rotary core holes, excavation of trial pits, slit trenches and foundation inspection pits, in-situ testing (SPT's, permeability), soil and rock sampling, groundwater monitoring, laboratory testing, geophysical surveys and preparation of a factual report in electronic, paper and digital (AGS) format in accordance with the scope.
