Tender description

The process and product development laboratories at Tyndall National Institute, University College Cork fabricate a wide range of electronic and photonic devices which involve the use of optical lithographic patterning. High quality, high resolution, repeatable lithographic processes are required. Tyndall, therefore, has an interest in acquiring two optical photo mask-aligner systems for advanced research which will be able to handle a wide variety of materials and substrates of varying shapes and sizes. The systems must be versatile and allow for upgrades as our needs change. In addition, ongoing commitment to support process development projects, as well as prompt field service support must be guaranteed. Tyndall National Institute, University College Cork has an interest in acquiring 2 optical photo mask-aligner systems for advanced research.
