Tender description

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council wish to develop a new corporate website suitable for use on desktops and mobile devices. The Council currently has a website and has been successfully operating for approximately five years. As the website is the showcase of the Council and its services and with high volumes of mobile traffic now going to the website, the website now requires upgrading. The vision for the website is that it would be used to provide our Citizens with access to information about our services which would include, bins, tourism, leisure, events/What's on, social media integration etc. Council which to explore the possibility of providing an account solution via the website. Additionally, an online form and workflow would improve flow from our customers, while also increasing the efficiency of the back office processes. The purpose of the questionnaire is to gain an understanding of the latest developments in technology and trends in the use of websites and how this can inform the Council's specification.
