Tender description

Network homes are engaging a service provider to carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs and installation of all access control equipment in network homes' properties. Service provider to carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs and installation of all access control equipment in network homes’ and SW9’s properties in connection to the services specified in this term brief. This includes: 1. Repairs and breakdown to: — main entrance door entry systems, intercoms and handsets, — fobs and fob entry access points, — emergency services entry points, — electronic vehicle and pedestrian gates and electronic shutters — planned inspections at 6 monthly intervals including remedial works to upgrade/replace. — CCTV cameras, screens and associated equipment, — warden call alarm systems (management only), — Communal TV aerials. The above list is not exhaustive and all access control equipment is deemed to be included. The contract will be for a period of 5 years extendable at network homes’ option by up to 5 further consecutive period(s) of 1 year start.
