17 170 Provision of a Secure Resilient Internet Connection

Tender description

A Dedicated Internet Access Circuit capable of delivering bandwidths between 1Gbps and 10Gbps and up and down gradable in increments of 1Gbps from Kelly House, Minerva Avenue, Chester, CH1 4QL. This will be at an initial 1Gbps. Our high level requirements are as follows: • Ability to provide variable bandwidth capability from 1Gbps to 10Gbps • Require ability to increase and decrease bandwidth • Ability to choose unmanaged wires-only service or managed CPE • Ability to provide BGP peering • Ability to provide default free, full internet routing table • Ability for the circuit to Peak Burst over the contracted bandwidth • Ability to provide near real time performance monitoring • Ability to provide detailed reporting capabilities • Amount transferred • Trend analysis • SLA reporting inc uptime, circuit latency and jitter • Security Reporting • Ability to provide additional services as bolt-on extras • DDoS mitigation Keywords: Resilient, Internet, Connection
