Tender description

This is a tender for inclusion in a Framework with Lincolnshire County Council to adapt vehicles for the Council's unique CallConnect demand responsive service which provides rural bus journeys across Lincolnshire and neighbouring authorities. The council is looking at several different pricing options. — New build with vehicle supplied by contractor. — New build with base vehicle supplied by Lincolnshire CC. — Build using recycled components removed from existing vehicle with vehicle supplied by contractor. — Build using recycled components removed from existing vehicle with vehicle supplied by Lincolnshire CC. The number of vehicles to be converted can vary depending on existing fleet renewal requirements and funding available. Therefore suppliers should quote for the price per adaptation but can also provide prices for multiple vehicles.
