Risk Management Support

Tender description

We are seeking a 'partner' who we can call on for continued support us in driving activities which will allow individuals to feel empowered to use opportunity and risk management as a proactive enabler in decision-making and business activity delivery. We make no commitment on the amount of work which will be commissioned. The partner will work with our Assistant Director Audit and Risk Assurance who has responsibility for developing and maintaining the GMC's Risk Management Framework. The programme of work will evolve over the next 12 months and will need to be flexible to accommodate organisational needs during a period of development and change. Examples of specific topics we will be seeking to cover include, but is not limited to: - risk appetite and tolerance - opportunity, risk and uncertainty - strategy, planning and risk - using risk and opportunity proactively to drive decision-making.
