Tender description

The Supplier will be required to deliver the following in relation to the National Diabetes Audit (NDA): NDA Programme Governance; Clinical and patient/public engagement and communication within the diabetes community within both patient and clinical settings. The Supplier will also be responsible for resource and governance management, providing organisation, planning, administration and a secretariat function for the Partnership Board and Advisory Group Meetings. The contract term will be for an initial 3 year year period with the option to extend for two further years on a plus one (1+1) basis. This contract is not suitable to be broken into Lots.
