Tender description
The Homes and Communities Agency wish to appoint a specialist contractor for Asbestos Removal and Demolition Works at Hadston Industrial Estate. The works include the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials; demolition of buildings and ancillary structures; removal and disposal of all materials arising from the works and minor fencing works. Evidence is to be provided that all insurances cover asbestos removal, demolition and remediation works as a core business activity. Contractors must have in place Public and Employers Liability insurance cover of £10 million and £10 million to undertake this Contract respectively. The contract will be awarded based on value for money. Tenders will be appraised on both commercial and quality submissions
