Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust (SOHT) are looking to appoint a provider going forward to provide the following; SOHT are looking for quotations for the storage of 500 boxes containing medical notes. It is unlikely that we would require access once in storage but we would like 3 separate quotes for the following requirements. 15kg weight limit W x 340mm - L x 400mm - D x 270mm Please can you provide quotations for the following for the 500 boxes. • Standard long term storage • Storage including scan on demand • Total electronic storage Information Governance requirements The provider must be able to demonstrate: • Compliance with the IG Toolkit (https://www.igt.hscic.gov.uk • Secure collection of records from locations around West Lancashire and Sefton • Robust indexing of records for document retrieval • Secure transmission of records if retrieval is required, e.g. means of secure email
