Tender description

Impact Housing Association Limited for itself and on behalf of other registered providers of social housing as listed and maintained at http://homesandcommunities.co.uk are looking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of responsive repairs, void repairs and associated works to housing stock. It is anticipated that the requirements will fluctuate in accordance with the demands of the contracting authorities, from time to time. The scope of the works will be to undertake internal and external responsive repairs, void repairs and associated works.
