Bristol City Council is seeking to engage with the Market to carry out a Soft Market Testing Exercise. The Council may potentially re-tender the refurbishment, maintenance repair, breakdown attendance for lift installations and other hoisting equipment and for the supply, installation and commissioning of remote lift monitoring systems. The lifts are located within the Council's Social Housing and Corporate Properties (including Schools, Museums, Offices etc.,) which are spread across the City. BCC is providing a copy of its Lifts Asset Register to provide as much transparency and information enabling the market to provide as accurate intelligence as possible.
