Tender description

The Guinness Partnership Limited (TGPL) provides homes and housing services to around 65 000 households and deliver over 10 000 hours of care every week. TGPL are seeking to procure the provision of grounds maintenance services for its estates. These services will include, but not be limited to, periodic and reactive external grounds maintenance, gardening, arboreal works, pest control, bulk rubbish removal and other related services. The services will include, but not be limited to, periodic and reactive external grounds maintenance, gardening, arboreal works, pest control, bulk rubbish removal and other related services. The services will be delivered to approximately 90 schemes. The services will include, but not be limited to, periodic and reactive external grounds maintenance, gardening, arboreal works, pest control, bulk rubbish removal and other related services.
