Tender description

The Contract(s) and Framework Agreement have been awarded to cover general Electrical Services/Works across the University and its Entities. The term of the Contract(s)/Framework Agreement is for a period of 3 years (with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and agreement by both parties). This requirement is split into three (3) Lots: Lot 1 covers individual jobs <25 000 GBP (inc. VAT) in value. Lot 2 covers individual jobs 25 000 - 100 000 GBP (inc. VAT) in value. Lot 3 covers individual jobs >100 000 GBP (inc. VAT) in value. Each call-off for the works required under Lot 3 will be conducted via further-competition. Lot 1 covers individual jobs <25 000 GBP (inc. VAT) in value. Lot 2 covers individual jobs 25 000 - 100 000 GBP (inc. VAT) in value. Lot 3 covers individual jobs >100 000 GBP (inc. VAT) in value.
