Tender description

The Council currently has a contract with a single service provider for the delivery of highway design, maintenance and construction services in Cheshire East. The contract expires at the beginning of October 2018. The Council wishes to consult with organisations with relevant experience of the delivery of similar services. The purpose of the consultation is to seek the views of market participants on the Council's preferred option(s) and to support the Council in the planning and conduct of the procurement procedure. Suitably experienced organisations are requested to participate in this market consultation by responding to a questionnaire which can be found on www.the-chest.org.uk and searching for Project ID DN235090. Highway Design, Maintenance and Construction Services. This contract will be open for use by Cheshire East Borough Council and, potentially, its neighbouring contracting authorities.
