Tender description

Choice Housing Ireland wish to engage the services of a suitably experienced and competent main contractor to undertake the associations Warden Call / Door Entry System Upgrades. The following (17 nr) schemes are included in the project: Benmore Court (Finaghy) Corkey House (Belfast) Croft Community (Bangor); Drumkeen Court (Ederney) Dumbarton House (Belfast) Ellis Grove (Carrickfergus); Elmgrove Manor (Belfast) Fitzroy Court (Belfast) The Haven (Belfast); Moylena Court (Antrim) Rosewood Court (Lisburn) Shiels Court (Ballymoney); St. Bronagh's (Rostrevor) Taylor House (Belfast) Westbridge House (Enniskillen); Newry Street, Moneyrea Street, Euston Street, Kingscourt Avenue (Belfast); 387-399 Woodstock Road (Belfast). Works will include the replacement / upgrade of existing warden call and door entry systems. The existing systems have either reached the end of their life expectancy, are beyond economic repair or system components are now obsolete and replacement parts cannot be sourced.
