Tender description

The University has appointed a contractor for the refurbishment of A021, Lecture Theatre, Collegiate Hall, Collegiate Campus. The University's standing order states "The ordering of goods and services shall be in accordance with the University's purchasing policies. Over £50,000 all items will require a competitive tendering process (unless the purchase is made from an appropriately contracted supplier)". The University approached 6 contractors to submit a quotation for carrying out these works (called off via further competition from the YORBuild2 Framework Agreement Lot 1: South Area). Quotations were received from 6 contractors.
