** ALL DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FROM WWW.ADVANTAGESWTENDERS.CO.UK ** We are establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of window cleaning, guttering emptying and cleaning and associated external cleaning services and associated services for a period of 5 years and includes but is not limited to the undertaking of regular programmed cyclical visits and unplanned remedial visits to various locations to carry out window cleaning, guttering emptying and cleaning and associated external cleaning services and associated services. The maximum spend on this DPS is 5 000 000 GBP but please note that it is highly unlikely that this spend level will be reached as some of our Members have existing arrangements in place, some undertake work in-house, and there is no obligation on them to access this DPS for their requirements. Westward Housing intend to access the DPS shortly after it is awarded.
