Supply Chain Capability Assessment

HS2 Ltd is conducting a review of UK supply chain capability mapped to HS2 demand/requirements in order to create an evidence base that enables HS2 better understand industrial strategy policy and/financing. To support this the service provider is required to conduct a mapping exercise and gap analysis looking at HS2 asset demand together with the UK capability and capacity available to meet this demand. This analysis should be sufficiently detailed to enable HS2 to fully understand its potential UK supply chain and support any future funding/financing decisions. Process for registering interest: All potential suppliers must obtain details of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) and submit their tender through the HS2 eSourcing portal. All potential suppliers are required to express an interest by registering on the HS2 eSourcing portal (www.hs2.bravosolution.co.uk). Registration is only required once. Registering: Potential suppliers should browse to the HS2 eSourcing portal and complete the following: a) Click the 'click here to register' link. b) Accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue'. c) Enter your business and user details. d) Note the username you use and click 'save' when complete. e) You will then receive an e-mail with your unique password. Access to the ITT: Upon publication of the ITT your company will be notified via an email alert. Login to the HS2 eSourcing portal with your unique username and password in order to access the ITT event documentation. Responding to the ITT: a) Instructions on completing the ITT through the eSourcing Portal are contained in the ITT documents.
