Tender description

Aintree Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to develop and manage a day nursery service at the University Hospital Aintree site. The Trust will provide a land on the Aintree site for a nursery building on a lease basis, a 25 year lease of land for this specific use. The successful provider will be responsible for providing a day nursery with 50 to 60 spaces envisaged. With the potential for future potential expansion to approximately 95 spaces within the design proposal, and to provide a minimum of 20 spaces to NHS Trust Staff.
