Tender description
The purpose of this public procurement competition (‘Competition’) is to seek provision of Technical Development Advice in support of the software development work to be undertaken on foot of the Department's Service Delivery Modernisation (SDM) and Transformation programmes. Lot 1 is for an Expert Advisor with at least twenty (20) years' experience in the industry working within Application Development environments, with at least eight (8) years in a mentoring role. It will be for a minimum of forty (40) days per annum up to a maximum of sixty (60) days per annum. Lot 2 is for a Senior Developer with at least seven (7) years' experience in the industry, with at least three (3) years in a .NET enterprise environment. It will be for a minimum of ninety (90) days per annum and a maximum of one hundred and eighty (180) days per annum.
