Grounds maintenance services

Tender description

The Group requires 1 supplier to fulfil their Grounds Maintenance requirements at the following education facilities: — North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College (Nuneaton, Harrowbrook and Hinckley campuses); — The Nuneaton Academy; — George Eliot School; — Hartshill School; and — Heath Lane Academy. The Group requires a Contractor to undertake grounds maintenance services that meet this specification and in accordance with horticultural best practice. The grounds maintenance services include maintenance of various sports pitches across the group educational sites. The Contractor will be responsible for the provision of skilled and appropriately qualified horticultural craftsmen to undertake the services of grass cutting, hedge maintenance, leaf and litter control, pruning, weed control, tree survey, sport pitch maintenance and associated works. The Group requires the contractor to have the appropriate qualified people to tender the flower beds across the sites and notably at The Nuneaton Academy and George Eliot School.
