Cobham FS - Hurst Park Temporary Accomodation

Tender description

The Education Funding Agency working with Cobham Free School seek a Principle Modular Contractor for the provision of 10 temporary classrooms, a shower/changing room block and all associated construction works at Cobham Free School - Hurst Park Campus, Hurst Road, West Molesey. Construction works are to be undertaken predominantly during the school summer holiday period with completion for start of school year on 6 September 2017. The works will likely be procured using the JCT Intermediate form of contract with contractors design, EFA schedule of amendments and hire agreement for 24 months. A Pre-Contract Services Agreement may also be entered into subject to requirement. Contractors will need to be able to commit to the provision of the modular units for installation by September 2017. The tender period will be 2 weeks in length, and tender documents are aimed to be issued on 28th February 2017.
