Tender description

Engagement of technical advisors to support future development of London Luton Airport Limited. This tender is from London Luton Airport Limited (LLAL) who are looking to engage Technical Advisors for the future development of the airport. LLAL is seeking to establish two separate contracts with organisations that can provide the technical support as described below. The requirement is for the provision of technical advice, guidance, support and assistance that will enable LLAL to fully capitalise on its development opportunities. The successful contractors will be expected to have significant experience of both aviation and commercial development, and be able to provide, as a minimum, the following technical support and services, as described in more detail in the attached document: — Project Management and Cost Management; — Engineering; — Architecture; — Planning; — Master-planning; — Communications and Stakeholder Management; — Landscape Architecture and Urban Design; — Ecology and Biodiversity; — Construction Design and Management (CDM); — Property; — Airport Infrastructure Development Services; — General Services. It is expected that all the above services will be required but the list is neither definitive nor exhaustive and is provided, at this stage, for the purposes of tendering only. The appointed contractor(s) will be able to provide the full range of technical support required. The intention, therefore, is for both contracted parties to work together with LLAL to ensure the optimum level of technical support is provided.
