SOG-T-PS-Selection of Commercial Agent(s) for the Provision of Advice & Reporting on the Value & Disposal Options for Grange House & No 2 Cornet Street

Tender description

As part of the re-organisation and rationalisation of the States of Guernsey’s property portfolio both Grange House and No.2 Cornet St offices are programmed to be vacated by the end of 2017. Once vacated these properties will be surplus to requirements and it is intended to dispose of them at the appropriate time. Suitably qualified and experienced property agents are being sought to work with, and advise Property Services on, the Market Value of the sites and draft a Disposal Options Report with a view to maximising the potential capital receipt. It is possible that the commission for each site will be with different agents, therefore agents who express an interest in only one site will still be considered.
