Optia machines — comprehensive maintenance contract. Machine Type Serial Optia — Terumo BCT 364 Optia — Terumo BCT 365 Optia — Terumo BCT 1301 Optia — Terumo BCT 1302 This contract needs to cover 4 Optia machines listed above and 2 Astotherm Blood warmers also which are classed as accessories at no additional cost. The contract must be fully comprehensive and as such all routine visits, breakdown callouts and spare parts have to be included in the price.
