Renewal of Roof Coverings at Taylor Rd, Thanet Gdns & Burrow Rd, Folkestone

Tender description

East Kent Housing on behalf of Shepway District Council ("the Council") wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of renewal of pitched roof coverings and associated works to 11 Taylor Road, 12 Taylor Road, 13 Taylor Road, 14 Taylor Road, 11 Thanet Gardens, 12 Thanet Gardens and 32 Burrow Road Folkestone and invites prospective suppliers to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements. The properties are listed in the specification - Appendix A. The specific requirements for the above are detailed in the Specification at APPENDIX A. It should be noted that by submitting a quotation, you confirm that you understand and can meet these requirements. Interested suppliers must log in to the Kent Business Portal (www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk) and 'Express Interest' to download the Invitation to Quote documents. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon March 2017 and will continue for a period of 10 weeks unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract. Contractors are to make their own arrangements for the site visit and will not be accompanied by East Kent Housing Staff.
