Following discussions in the summer and early autumn of 2016, members and senior officers from the London Boroughs of Merton and Sutton have decided to commission a joint, bespoke piece of work looking at community cohesion across both boroughs, with particular emphasis on six, contiguous wards straddling the Merton/Sutton boundary.
