Tender description

Ceredigion County Council: Supply of Surface Dressing Chippings 2017-2019 possible extension to March 2020. Cyngor Sir CEREDIGION County Council is seeking to appoint a provider who can deliver a reliable, cost-effective managed service for the provision of surface dressing chippings for the Council's highway maintenance programme. The duration of the contract for the supply and delivery of chippings will be 2 years, with the option to extend this period for a further year, if circumstances allow. The annual quantity of aggregate needed is estimated (see specification). For each year of the contract, the bulk of the chippings must be delivered to a number of storage sites throughout the county of Ceredigion, ahead of the summer surface dressing season.
