The opportunity is for delivery of a comprehensive package of cycling and walking initiatives, providing longer term behaviour change towards sustainable modes of travel across Newhaven, Eastbourne / South Wealden and Bexhill/Hastings. Key requirements include: Programme management for The Programme and delivering cycling and walking initiatives, some being unique to national Sustainable Travel charities and supporting 3rd party delivery agents. Successful bidders will be expected to actively participate in achieving social objectives and delivery of Social Value/local community benefits. Participation in skills development and employment opportunities is included. The contract performance conditions may relate to such social considerations. Cycling and walking initiatives.
