Southport Air Show Portable Accommodation Hire For the 2017 Event With Two One Year Optional Extensions Available Background Information / Specification Any extension to the contract will be dependent on the bidder being able to demonstrate as a minimum: • Added value from improved efficiencies • Production of management information and invoices • Management of the contract • Contract Performance Background The Southport Air Show is in its 26th year in 2017 and attracts in the region of 65,000 customers over the two days. This year we are organising a Friday night event and anticipate crowds of around 8,000. Sefton Council is seeking to Hire Portable Accommodation for the Southport Air Show to be held on 15, 16 & 17 September 2017 Seafront, Southport Specification LOT 1 11 Units 2.4m x 2.4m Ticket Offices, 2 windows on each side LOT 2 6 Units 6m x 2.7m Anti Vandal Ticket Offices, 3 windows down one side LOT3 2 Units 4.8m x 2.7m City Cabin with 32 amp socket connections - one of these needs to be split 50/50 LOT4 1 Unit 7.2m x 2.7m City Cabin with 32 amp socket connection split 50/50 Delivery of the units is required to commence Wednesday 13 September 2017 with all units being in place by Thursday 14 September. The units are to be sited in various locations across the seafront area at Southport, Merseyside. Collection of the units is required on Monday 18 September 2017. *PLEASE NOTE: ALL UNITS MUST HAVE A COUNTER UNDER THE WINDOW. ALSO, EACH UNIT MUST BE PROVIDED WITH SUITABLE CHAIRS THAT ALLOW STAFF TO SIT COMFORTABLY AT THE WINDOW COUNTERS Sefton Council reserves the right to award lots to a single supplier and or a minimum of 2 suppliers.
