Tender description

This notice is not an invitation for formal expressions of interest. The Environment Agency are issuing this PIN for the purpose of seeking organisations that would wish to take part in a Market Sounding Exercise before we start a formal procurement process, for which a separate contract notice will be issued. The Environment Agency are looking to replace the existing supplier arrangements that help us deliver the Flood and Coastal Risk Management (FCRM) capital programme, and support our capability to manage incidents. We are seeking feedback from the supply market to help us shaping our future commercial delivery model in the most efficient and effective way. More information on the Market Sounding Exercise is given in II.2.14). Our project programme currently intends to initiate a procurement exercise in Autumn 2017. Our intention is to award the new commercial arrangement by July 2019. To be determined. To be determined.
