Tender description

The British Council on behalf of the Friends of Basrah Museum (UK registered Charity No 1138771) through the Cultural Protection Fund grant award (https://www.britishcouncil.org/arts/culture-development/cultural-protection-fund/projects) is inviting tenders from specialist manufacturers of Museum Display Cases to carry out detailed design, manufacturing and DAP delivery of 54 display cases with appropriate insurance cover for delivery to the new Basrah Museum at the Lakeside Palace complex by the Shatt al Arab in Basrah, Iraq. The final contract must be signed before the end of March 2017 and an invoice for a first instalments of payments must be raised and presented by 27.3.2017 to secure funding within the financial year.
