Tender description

Belfast Harbour Commissioners (‘BHC’) has appointed a crane provider to provide a new 4 rope harbour mobile crane to be used in the unloading of grains, animal feedstuffs, coal, stone and other dry bulk materials from ocean going vessels into rail mounted hoppers or directly onto the quay. There is an option for a 25 year maintenance and servicing contract with the winning bidder. BHC may, but gives no commitment that it shall, purchase parts, spare packages, support and/or servicing from the winning bidder during this period.
