YPO is looking to establish a multi-lot framework to appoint several suppliers to provide services such as marketing, PR, print and video production. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is intended as an early notice to the market and an invitation for pre-procurement market engagement and dialogue with YPO. The general scope of the services being considered for this framework are as follows: Lot 1 Creative Agency, Lot 2 Strategic Marketing, Lot 3 PR, Lot 4 General Print, Lot 5 General Print and Fulfilment, and Lot 6 Video Production. YPO are hosting a seminar on 15.2.2017 at YPO Head Office (41 Industrial Park, Wakefield, WF2 0XE) for interested suppliers to learn more about this procurement and the proposed services. The seminar will cover YPO's business requirements, the scope of the framework and an overview of the procurement process. There will also be a question and answer session. Pre-registration is require to attend and due to space restrictions, suppliers will not be able to bring more than 2 persons. YPO reserve the right to cancel the seminar if insufficient interest is received.
