Choice Housing Ireland wish to engage the services of a suitably experienced and competent main contractor to undertake remedial works to rectify rainwater ingress at 97 Great Victoria Street, Belfast. The scheme was purchased by Oaklee Homes Group as an ‘Off-The-Shelf’ development in 2011 and comprises 58 nr 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments arranged over 9 floors providing general needs accommodation. In addition to the general needs apartments there is also office accommodation for Choice Staff and underground car parking for tenants. There are 5 ground floor retail units which are not in Choice Housing ownership.
