Building and facilities management services

Tender description

The Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust and Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust intend to award contract(s) to provide a fully managed soft facilities management service covering services such as catering, cleaning, security, car parking administration, reception, portering, help-desk services and logistics services under the 1 banner of Hotel Services. Both Trusts are not looking to split the above services into individual contracts. Linen and Laundry Services is also included but may feature as a separate contract or combined with Hotel Services depending on the outcome of the tender. The procurement may involve a number of different bidding options available across both Trusts to cover Hotel Services and Laundry and Linen both separately and collectively, across The Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust and Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust both separately and collectively.
