Performance of construction, construction-craftsmanship, installation and other services for current and investment maintenance of the housing and business premises and other facilities managed by the Joint Stock Company and obligations within the guarantee period, in accordance with the description of the positions provided in the tender documentation for: Skopje Subsidiary, Bitola Subsidiary, Veles Subsidiary, Kumanovo Subsidiary, Kavadarci Subsidiary, Kocani Subsidiary, Stip Subsidiary, Tetovo Subsidiary, Kicevo Subsidiary, Ohrid Subsidiary, Strumica Subsidiary, Prilep Subsidiary, specified per lists as provided in the tender documentation: — List 1: Earth, masonry, concrete and reinforced concrete works, — List 2: Carpentry, parquet laying, glass, ceramic, tile setter, painting, insulation works, — List 3: Tin, roof and locksmith works, — List 4: Water supply, drainage and repair works, — List 5: Electrical works, — List 6: Central heating works.
