Pre-Qualification Process - Expressions of interest are sought from suitably experienced building contractors who can demonstrate experience relevant to the required works and who can mobilise sufficient plant and labour resources. The proposed development consists the demolition and disposal of the existing two storey Harbour Administration building and adjacent Auction Hall Building over two phases and to construct a new three storey Harbour Administration Building with an approximate area of 510m2 consisting of offices, meeting rooms, canteen, changing rooms, toilets, plant room, lift and stairs, complete with all associated site development works at Castletownbere Fishery Harbour Centre, Co. Cork. Planning Drawings of the proposed development are also included in the documents section for information. Candidates shall be capable of undertaking the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.
