HSE seeks external assistance and expertise to guide and support Health Business Services (HBS) in building the optimum Process Excellence Capability aligned to international best practice. HBS seeks to secure the support of an appropriately skilled individual and award of tender will be based on skill set requirement matched to qualifications and experience of the tendered resource. The response should demonstrate a proven track record in delivering service improvement initiatives which have been aligned to international best practice, with reference to the Key Tasks and Deliverables outlined under the Scope of Requirement.
