Market Briefing 23rd January 2018 at 10:30 am To inform the market of the scope, structure and scale of the forthcoming Parking Services procurement which isexpected to be published in February 2018. Each LOT will be discussed and there will be the opportunity to have a "Commercial In Confidence"conversation with the council team following the main presentation. Key Services : - Parking Enforcement Services (CEOs) - Parking Support Services (Cash Collection, P&D Maintenance, Suspensions) - Back Office Services - Parking & Traffic CCTV (staff) - Parking IT (including PCN & Permit processing systems) - Cashless/ Telephone Parking Systems - Enforcement Agents (Ballifs) - In & Outbound mail (including printing, scanning & post) Please report to Staff Reception (Longfield Ave) from 10:00am onwards. All questions via Due North PortalONLY This will be discussed in the briefing.
