Tender description
The FCA is seeking to identify a specialist leadership development provider to work with on the design, delivery, embedding and evaluation of a rolling SLT Programme to start in 2018 and to run until at least 2021. The services will consist of 3 key components. 1— Content design – leading edge thinking, - for example: practical ways of tackling complexity and managing uncertainty. 2— Programme Structure and Delivery – modular, multi-channel, rolling programme 3— Implementation and embedding of learning across the FCA – facilitation of real business projects.
