Tender description

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is: (a) To give advance notice that Crown Commercial Service (CCS) (as the Contracting Authority) is working to undertake a tendering exercise to set up a new contracting vehicle (framework agreement) to service public sector office products; (b) To allow potential Tenderers to register for the market engagement events, which will help inform and shape the final vehicle, which will be taken to the market via an OJEU process. Service requirements: It is intended that the new commercial vehicle will replace the current CCS Office Supplies Agreements (RM3703 and RM3723). This commercial vehicle will be enabled for use by all UK Public Sector organisations including but not limited to Central Government Departments, NHS Bodies, Local Authorities, Emergency Services, Charities and Educational Establishments who have a need for office products.
