If and when a competition is held it will be for the supply of a cloud-based IT service management tool. In scope, the supply of 500 fulfiller user licenses(with an option to reduce or increase as business demand determines, for 36 months at a price per user cost (PPU) with an option to extend the term to be provided for. These fulfiller user licenses should support the creation and management of incidents, changes, problems, requests, and tasks supporting all IT services across Ervia. The solution chosen must support existing approval workflows in place and also provide for data migration from Ervia’s existing ServiceNow service management tool. If and when a competition is held it will be for the supply of a cloud-based IT Service Management tool. Changes, problems, requests, and tasks supporting all IT services across Ervia.
