Installation of emergency lighting and associated electrical works within communal areas of blocks of flats - AWARD

Tender description

The works include replacement of existing lighting and wiring within 73 communal areas of general needs blocks of flats. The purpose of these works is to improve the lighting levels and to provide emergency lighting within the communal areas by using energy efficient LED lighting combined with emergency. The existing wiring and equipment may also needs replacing as part of these works. Works to be completed by the end of March 2018 and the contractor must ensure that he has enough labour and material resources arranged to achieve this target.
